We aim to provide the most comfortable transport available presuming this is your preference. In the UK and Northern French itineraries there is a chauffeur driven Bentley Arnage throughout the trip. Flights from the UK to Europe will be in private jets organised through Wexas appointed service, providers unless normal commercial flights are preferred. You will pay for the use of the vehicle or aircraft as is required. Mr Hodge will meet you at an English airport, so you have no worries about what to do or where to go. At the end of your trip, he will accompany you to the departure gate for your return flight, out of the UK.
We aim to provide the best accommodation available in the region, subject to availability, therefore the more notice given the better. We will always attempt to book you a suite unless you state otherwise. You will also pay for a standard room for Mr Hodge at the same premises for the same duration.
Breakfast will be provided at the Hotel. Lunches will be taken at local restaurants dependent where one will be [not included in the price]. Evening meals will be either at the hotel for half the nights and eating out at restaurants of your choice or as suggested by Mr Hodge for the rest of the nights. This is so one can enjoy the locality more and the local cuisine. In the event of meals not being taken at the hotel you will pay for yourself and Mr Hodge.
This is Mr Hodge's fee for accompanying you on the itinerary, at a rate of £1500.00 /$US 2600.00 per day plus day to day expenses in Europe or $3000.00 plus day to day expenses in the USA* During the day he will accompany you to the various places suggested in the itinerary, helping to make your day interesting, safe and hugely enjoyable. He anticipates you would wish his company at all meals. Absolutely no personal or intimate arrangements should be considered.
For USA trips please also either provide or pay for return air tickets to the US city of your preference for Mr Hodge and transportation to the agreed point of meeting.
