Metallic Palm [Chamaedorea metallica]

This compact dwarf Palm grows to about a metre in height. It has interesting leaves with an attractive blue metallic sheen. The picture shows them in a lobby alternated with pots of flowering Guzmanias.

Because they are slow growing they are expensive , but we feel that the beauty of the plant warrants the cost.
